Hi, thank you for a great plugin! I am having trouble with the emails. They aren’t sent. I have checked everything, and the installation looks fine to me. There appears to be no conflict. I use MailPoet’s sending for email marketing and host the site’s transactional email server elsewhere.

I also have some suggestions, please.

    1. On my theme, I can add a custom link to the “Account” menu. I would rather have control over the link order on that menu. The plugin’s link in the Account navigation is under the “Log Out” link. It’s just not good form, in my opinion. It would be nice to have the ability to disable the plugin’s native “Store Credit” link.
    2. The ability to send a test email without creating a test credit.

Maybe these are possible and I don’t know how.

    Thanks again!

Thank you very much for your help! It is working like a dream.

Here is a short guide on how to install and use:

    • Install and activate the plugin as per their instructions, like any plugin.
    • Go to Coupons under Marketing to create a coupon
    • Under Discount Type select “Store Credit”
    • Under “Coupon Restrictions” add the customer’s email address so it only applies to that account.
    • Add amount, expiration, other restrictions, etc and save
    • Go back to the “Coupon Restrictions” and click the send email button.

Using MailPoet as the mailing plugin the emails are sent under the website name.

    >>>>> Using WP mail (default) the emails were sent from WP mail service without the site’s name, the sender was WordPress. Not sure it matters to you.<<<<<

I hope this helps someone else, and the dev team.
