No email is sent

Do any emails get sent from your site? I’ve just registered.

Yes, there is no issue with registration. However, I dont use my domain email address as it mostly go to spam. So I use another plugin called Easy WP SMTP to send from [email protected] instead.

When I configured your pluggin, I use the same email address I set in the above plugin, but it does not send.

Any fix is very appreciated.

Try installing the plugin WP Mail Logging and see if it reports any error in the dash after you attempt a reset email request.

It does not send from the email address I set up; it is from IP address instead.

How can we fix that?

Not sure mate, might need to set up SMTP for your hosted email address.

Make sure you’ve entered the email address you want to use to send from in the email address box in my plugin settings.

If that’s all set up the problem is your emails mate.
