I do not receive an email when a user has submitted a ticket. A ticket shows up on the back-end but unless I’m in there working on things I do not see it. If you could provide a simple way to make that happen I’d appreciate it (I am not a programmer but learn things pretty well).

    Hello:

Email alerts for tickets and replies to both agents and customers are a standard part of the core AS plugin. You shouldn’t have to do any programming to get them to work.

How is your WordPress configured to send email? Do you have an SMTP plugin or something like mailgun installed? If not, can you install and configure one of those plugins so we can check their log files to see if WordPress is trying to send out the emails?

What happens if you disable all plugins other than the core AS plugin? Does email go out then?
