No email confirmation sent to admin when member signs up

Hello.

This is the second install of paid memberships pro we have used now on a different site as we like the plugin. However on the recent site (using the same settings as the older site) we are not receiving email confirmations when new users sign up.

I have checked the settings but cannot see where the issue is. Please can you help?
