I have Appointments+ and have 1 service that is free and 1 that is paid. Both have the same service provider and the same timetable.

When someone books an appointment, they are not auto confirming, even on the free service. I have the auto confirm on in the settings. The appointments are being sent to Pending or Removed in some cases.

Problem is that I’m not even getting an email to say something is pending? And they are not getting one either, although it does go through when I manually change the pending to active, but becasue I don’t know there are pending appointments, I’m having to refresh and check 2-3 times a day.

Hello @vickytrends , I hope you are doing well today!

I tested the Appointments plugin on my installation and can’t replicate the same. Would you please run a quick test, deactivate all other plugins, leave only the Appointments activated and book an appointment.

Will this appointment will be set as pending? If the appointment is confirmed, activate one plugin at a time to find the one that causes this.

Follow the steps from the flowchart:

Problem is that I’m not even getting an email to say something is pending?

Would you please make sure that in Appointments > Settings > General tab > Notification Settings section the “Send Notification to admin if confirmation is required” is set to “Yes”

If it is set to yes, would you please check the Logs files ( Appointments > Settings > Logs ), to check if the notification were sent.

    Please advise,

    Cheers,
    Nastia
