No email change without first and last name in account

    Issue with empty first and last name is present in similar ways.
    Here for account deletion!
    To reproduce:
    1. Create new member without first and last name.
    2. User decides later to give only his/her last name on profile page (from for first and last names were added. Maybe it works in account settings, too.). So, first name stays empty.
    3. When user now wants to delete his/her account, he/she is encouraged with red hints to enter first name.

    Maybe these issues have all the same reason and are connected with each other?
