No Email Body Found after switching to Gmail for piping

With MS disabling Basic Authentication for IMAP, we had to switch our Email Piping to Gmail and set up the API to connect and ingest. At first it seemed to be working as tickets were being created via email, but SC will update the ticket with “No Email Body Found!”. We have not been able to update SC >3.0 as our site keeps crashing and have still remained at <3.0.
