• I am not receiving email from the CF7 -> PP form. Does this plugin NOT send the CF7 form data via mail when a checkout is NOT completed? I ask because I am testing this CF7 -> PP form in Live mode, so I am not completing the checkout process all the way (I stop once I am logged into my own PP acct). But I think the plugin should still send the data from the CF7 form via email even if a transaction is not completed, yes? I do notice the form data is saved in my Advanced CF7 DB database but I never receive any emails.

  • I believe I’m having the same problem. With the new version of the plugin, the CF7 no longer sends the email AND redirects to PayPal for the payment.

    This is making the plugin unusable to me, as I take dog sport entries online and I must have the email information from the form, as well as redirect to PayPal for the payment

    Is there a solution? Or, how do I downgrade the plugin?

    As per our plugin functionality we have sent mail ones user back from the paypal site.
    also we have sent mail if user cancle the payment.

    @zealopensource is it possible to only send the mail if the paypal transaction is successful? so no email if user cancel? can u give my an advice how this could be work with a little setting? regards
