No Email Access, Login Trouble

I no longer have access to the email associated with my WordPress website and I tried to change it while I was logged into my account, but it kept reverting back to the old email address when I saved the changes. Then after a few tries, I got an error page saying I need to check the site admin email inbox for instructions, but I do not have access to that email and cannot access said instructions. Can I get help from a WordPress Administrator to try and fix this issue?
