    Good morning,

I’ve added the plugin and followed all the steps to implement it. My issue is that is doesn’t not seem to recognize any transaction information or trigger an event on my order complete page.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

I checked your site but I can not place a test order as I would need to use my bank card with a real payment. Do you have any coupon code so that I can bypass bank card usage during checkout?

    Hi Thomas,

You can use promo code kzalazni to place a test order.

    Thanks!

    Thanks!

I placed a test order and indeed there is no ecommerce data on the order received page.
There can be several reasons for that:
    – are you using any plugin to alter the default order received page in WooCommerce?
    – have you set the same WP page for “Cart”, “Checkout” and “Order received” in WooCommerce settings?

Hi Thomas – I’ll proceed with our thread through here.

Currently our cart page is set to Cart [woocommerce_cart] and our checkout page is Checkout [woocommerce_checkout]. We are not using any plugin to alter our default order-received page.

    Hi,

I have the same issue. I think I set everything up as descibed on your page (however I am not sure if I did it properly), but have no data regarding transactions. I use eStore theme, but I guess it didn’t alter order received page. I think none of my plugins alter that.

The site name is: https://jezdzeklasykiem.pl (yes, it’s in polish). While placing order you can choose “Kurier (za pobraniem)” which is cash on delivery option.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

    Regards

    Marcin

    Hi Marcin,

I placed a test order on your site and I can see the order data in the data layer and also in the GA pageview hit:

    	ti: "975",
    	ta: "",
    	tr: "28",
    	tt: "0",
    	ts: "14",
    	tcc: "",
    	pa: "purchase",
    	pr1id: "520",
    	pr1nm: "Plakat Fiat 500L walizka",
    	pr1ca: "Gad?ety/Plakaty",
    	pr1pr: "28",
    	pr1br: "500L",
    	pr1va: "50x40,papier",
    	pr1qt: "1",

Perhaps your issue is now resolved?

    Hi @sirrahikkala,

Please post the URL of your website so that I can place a test order. Please also make sure I can place an order without the need to use my bank card.
