• Hello Oskar,

I just installed this plugin on my WordPress and it turns out that neither I nor another user wasn’t able to log in to my page.

It said “check e-mail or app” but since I just installed the plugin and I had no App set up yet I should have gotten an e-mail. Unfortunately that was not that case for me or the other person who tested it.

I was reading about a button you have to click before you get the e-mail but that wasn’t showing up either (was that only in an older version or something?).

I stayed logged in in another session of course and was able to disable the plugin for now.

Does that have to do with my skin “Alexandria” I am using or is there any dependency I didn’t see/read and forgot to install?

Thanks in advance for any advice,
    Folas

Hi and sorry for the late reply. This forum is really bad for support since I don’t get notifications when someone posts a question.

Do you get mail from other things from your WP?
When you see that text “check e-mail or app” an email is sent so you should’ve gotten it.

If you have the time, please install it again (but stay logged in) and send me the url to [email protected] and I’ll take a look at it.

    There are no dependencies.

Yes, I am getting e-mails from Rublon (another 2 factor authentication plugin) which I have disabled to test “Two Factor Auth” atm

    This, unfortunately, didn’t happen…

The URL is meta-union.com, it’s not private or anything people shouldn’t know about so I’m fine with posting it here.

Edit #1: By the way, I am getting to the “One Time Password [box to enter password] (check your email or OTP-app to get this password)” page.
