No e-mail notification sent to admin after application submitted

  • I did not receive any e-mail notifications that an application was submitted after I submitted two test applications. Notice appeared it was sent and we will be in touch, but no e-mail notice was sent to admin.

    I have checked all the settings and they appear fine.

    Is there something I am overlooking?
