Hi!I wanted to test how my digital downloads work through sandbox and in this time I did not receive any e-mail notification with download link in the e-mail. Last time when I did that, month or so ago, everything worked just fine. Now I always have “Unclaimed” payment stutus on my sandbox account summary and orders in Cart Orders tab always go to Trash. After restoring the order from trash I have stutus “In progress” and Order ID like 2528-Draft. When clicked to edit the order – there is no any information. IPN is enable in my real PayPal acount and in the sandbox account.
    Log file shows:
[10/30/2013 3:56 PM] – SUCCESS :Connection to https://www.sandbox.paypal.com successfuly completed.
[10/30/2013 3:56 PM] – SUCCESS :IPN successfully verified.
[10/30/2013 3:56 PM] – SUCCESS :Creating product Information to send.
[10/30/2013 3:56 PM] – SUCCESS :Payment Status: Pending
[10/30/2013 3:56 PM] – SUCCESS :This is not a payment complete notification. This IPN will not be processed.
[10/30/2013 3:56 PM] – SUCCESS :Paypal class finished.

What I do wrong? Is it my problem in Setting may be or plugin’s problem or anything else? Please, help.

Hi, The payment is pending, which is why the plugin is not processing the ipn. This is not actually an issue on the plugin side.

You probably configured your PayPal account so each transaction needs a manual approval before it can be completed.

You must accept your paymant in your Paypal payment account.
In “Transaction Details” page click “Accept”

Don’t mean to bump this post, but i think the Panasya has done the same mistake as me.

I’ve setup the one sandbox merchant account to pay to the live email account and i got the same messages as he mentioned. It wasn’t something related to the approving or not approving the payments.

Panasya try to create a buyer/customer account in the sandbox and use that for the payments, as for the
Paypal Email Address in the cart setting use the one [email protected] or which you have created as a merchant receiving money in the sandbox area

    Everything should work smoothly after.

Hope it helps anyone who will face a problem like this.
