    Hi,

It seems that the click event is being intercepted and it never reaches the click event of the language selector.

Try to move it out of the menu and make sure that it works fine, you can use Show floating language selector option.

Then we can try to figure out what is causing that exactly, so you can fix it. I’ll need you to disable the cache plugin and also the right click disabler.

    Thanks! ??

    Hi,

Thanks for your feedback and help.

Show floating language selector: I choose no, is it OK?

Now I have disabled the WP Rocket, no other cache plugin.

    Thanks and best regards,

    Jimmy

Now even if I choose the “bottom left” in “Show floating language selector”, the Gtranslate plugin menu still on the main menu, the setting does not take effect.

    Thanks,

    Jimmy

    Hi,

I see that you have it on bottom of the website and it works fine when I click on it.

I have asked also to disable the right click blocker on your website, so I can try to find the script which intercepts the click event. Let me know when it is done.

Alternatively you can place the selector manually in the top section (out of menu) by modifying your theme header file.

    Thanks! ??

    Hi,

I have enabled the right-click option on the website now, you can try it now.

I want to put the Gtranslate menu only on the main menu that in line with my other main menu. please figure out if there is a way to fix that?

    Thanks,

    Hi,

Change onclick="openGTPopup(this)" to onclick="openGTPopup()" in Widget Code section under GTranslate Settings page.

Make sure to remove the second language selector from the bottom of the page.

    Thanks! ??
