No Drag and Drop widget and White line

  • I have two problem, I can’t drag and drop widge on my host provider’s wordpress. I even manual install it, and gave the folder 775 permission. But still no luck, But on my own testing server at home (Debian) I don’t have this problem.

    Second problem is that there is a white line in the template I am using. I have search for <hr> and <h2> but they are not it. I don’t know how to deleted this white line. https://hackerninjutsu.com/

  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    Thank you for your reply, and I have followed all your suggestions. But I still can’t move the widgets. ??

    I can’t see anything on your site at all!
