No download possible

    Hello who I want to insert a download on a page or post, I can not paste that via the butt download. Although I can insert the shortcode so in the post but when trying to execute the download I will see the following file path is not defined. To the homepage →

    Can you please let us know what you mean by you cannot paste it via the “butt download” :)?

    Every download will create a custom shortcode that you can copy and paste in your post or pages. If they do not work as expected, make sure you have uploaded the files using our plugin’s upload feature and also make sure a page is selected for the “No Access” option in the “Downloads > Settings (Access tab)” menu in your WordPress admin.

    I’m closing this issue due to no reply for 2 weeks. Please create a new ticket if this is still an issue with the latest version of Download Monitor.
