no download link

    while performing a test purchase, the link that is generated for the download page shows no downloadable content or links.
    I purchased 2 images
    i received email confirmation
    i confirmed the order status
    the link to the page to download the images shows no images or links to click to download.

    Please help me to sort this

    Hi,

    Please, note that the issue is occurring when the Item longest dimensions are not specified in the Pricelist.
    Could you please check that?
    If they are specified and the issue still occurs please, contact our support team using this form (select “I have a pre-sales question” and the form will appear).
