no domain admin page visible

    I host my own WP 4.6.1 and it runs on a Windows 2012 server, IIS 8.5 and PHP 7.
    I have installed and activated your plugin.
    I can see no screen to admin domains, whether I go to the Tools menu or the Settings->General menu.
    Please advise.
