    I just purchased the premium of this plugin, but the youtube has no appointment plugin videos and there’s no documentation.

    I have a couple issues with the plugin: link to paypal not working, exception not working (I assumed that I could set availability as open outside of the predetermined hours), and regardless of which shortcode I use it still looks the same from the client page (not the onces shown in the screen shots)

    Also, is there a way to apply coupon/discount codes to the pricing?

    Hi Angela,

    We just tested the exceptions and they seem to be working. However, it looks like there is currently no date or time picker, so you have to enter the date and time manually. And it could just be that the formatting you’re entering isn’t exactly correct. The format is:

    YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS

    So, for example, for March 1st at 11am you could use:

    2019-03-01 11:00:00

    We also just tested the PayPal payment functionality and it’s definitely working. So, perhaps you have an incorrect setting somewhere related to this.

    First, go to the “Payment” area of the “Options” tab and make sure you have “Allow Prepayment through PayPal” set to “Required”. Also, make sure you provide your PayPal email address there in the “PayPal Email Address” field and that you set the currency and thank you page URL. After this, make sure that you set a price for your services.

    Unfortunately, there is currently no way to apply a discount code to a service.
