    The installation documentation on both www.remarpro.com and in the readme directs the user to the author’s website, however the author’s website is down. So without this critical piece of information, I have relatively little way of knowing how to properly place the breadcrumbs in my template, documentation fail.

    How can you review something that you have never used? You know that’s intellectually dishonest, right? If you need support ask a support question, I do try to answer them in a timely manner.

    The plugin itself ships with a basic set of documentation in the help tab of the settings page that will get you up and running.

    As for my site being down, that wasn’t entirely within my control (server suffered from a DoS style attack) and now has been fixed/mitigated. Google does a good job of caching web pages so you can access them if they are down.
