• Hi,

i just wanted to use your plugin and noticed that the link for the document is missing in the download section.

I was able to break it down to the theme i was using.
Even on a fresh install of wordpress i can reproduce the problem by installing the alante theme from thinkupthemes.

Is there a way to fix this? Any advice on how to further troubleshoot this?
I need to stick to the theme as i have already invested some money and quite a lot of time into customizing it.

    Best regards
    Matthias

If the theme is free I can install it and take a look see if I can fix the issue.

Thank you for the fast reply.
There is a free and a pro version of the theme. The problem occurs with both so i guess that a fix for the free version will equal a fix for the pro.
These are the themes that i tried. I can reproduce the problem with both:

    Hi,

Looking at both themes its a Bootstrap issue. Both themes are using a very old version of Bootstrap 2.3.2 which is unsupported. There is not much I can do to fix the issues the version of bootstrap is just too old.

Maybe you could get in touch with the theme author and ask them to update there bootstrap version.
