No Disqus Comments on olt post

Hi Disqus, your comment box is wonderful. but in my case some of my old post is now showing disqus comments. It only says COMMENTS OFF. I tried editing post with comment turning it on and off. but nothing happen.
as you can see here. no disqus comments appeared. and it also says COMMENTS OFF. but in the setting. comments are allowed.

thats on of the old post that dont have disqus comments.
i think its a bug or what?but in my other post its ok. i dont know why.
this post appeared to be fine.
