No direction from www?

    Hi,

    I added this plugin, it’s activated and I can see it says secure, however, when I go to my site via https://www.<domainname>.I would expect it here to redirect to https:// and it’s actually redirecting to https:// so showing as insecure. Can someone help?

    I took a look at your website via the link you entered and from my end, the redirections work as expected. Can you make sure that your caches are emptied and view your site in a private/icognito window.

    Hi support team,

    I use VPN to check URL, https seems not working in some countries’ networks, website was blocked by browsers due to insecure issue. https://www<domain&gt; work while https://domain was blocked. it said HTTP issue.

    I checked GOOGLE SEARCH COSNOLE, it brought connectivity issue too. It resulted in pages were not found by google.

    The website in question currently correctly redirects from https:// to https:// (301 Redirect). Are you still experiencing any issues?
