No details box in Edit page and no end times

We updated a site to EME 1.5.45. Now one of the users can’t see the details box when they are editing an event. She has always been able to make/edit events. Other users are able to see and make changes to the details. I’ve checked and Details is checked in the screen options. I’ve tried turning it on and off but no luck.

The other issue we’re having is that we can’t enter end times. It lets us put one in, but when you update it the time disappears.

I have de-activated all of my plugins and reactivated them. We’re using a child theme for Twenty Fourteen. It wasn’t working right before we updated to 4.3.1 today either. Thought updating might help.
