I do have my email entered correctly on the Mail/To: line.

It may be that your host/ISP does not permit email from your web server. Try installing and configuring a SMTP plugin and see if that solves it for you.

This one works for my test basement server.

There are others to try as well.

I am not receiving emails from registration forms that are being submitted on our Web site Prisoners For Christ. This began about Sept 3rd right when we were expecting many registration submissions. I have changed the target email address to my personal gmail account as a test, and I am receiving registrations there. But any target email address to the organization’s email ([email protected]) is not being delivered.

The first priority is to find out if WordPress has a cache or something similar where we can retrieve the registrations that have been submitted since Sept 3rd. Typically, we get about 75-100 online registrations. We currently have two from Sept 3rd.

The second priority is to fix the problem of pfcom.org emails not receiving the registration submissions. Again, a temporary fix is in place by pointing the submissions to my personal gmail account.

Our volunteer training is this weekend, so a speedy response would be most appreciated. Feel free to respond in this forum or call me at [telephone details moderated – these forums do not provide support by phone] . Thanks.

I’m having the same issue. I get the message that it was sent successfully but I never get any emails. I have contacted my host and they told me that everything was fine, that I should contact the plugin developer. Love this plugin, but can’t seem to figure out how to make it work.
