Hi Richard – you’ll need to ask on their forums – or see this:

If you don’t have your account info there anymore, see:

At last resort, make a new account and post on their forums. We can’t do anything regarding a .COM site/account – they’re totally separate from here.

That’s good ?? – and appreciated too. In this case, technically, we don’t have any way to help with a .COM site, and don’t necessarily even know how it all works over there (speaking for myself anyway – LOL).
