Hi Nick! Glad to hear it’s resolved. I wouldn’t have guessed it was WooCommerce, it sounds like there was an issue with processing the (header?) image. I recommend using JPG where you can in the PDF as it will lessen the load on your server (PNG has to be processed first before it can be included in the PDF). It’s browser independent because the PDF is created on the server (and the error will actually be printed in the PDF).

    Have a great day!

Update: For some reason I now am seeing the same error. Changed logo in the invoice to a small jpeg image. Any suggestions?

    Hi Nick,
Do you mean changing to JPG does not fix the issue either? The size should matter much less than the file format.

Yes I changed the format to jpg and no change.

Do you see any warnings on the status page? I think there’s something wrong with your Imagick/Gmagick install. Your host should be able to help with this!

Can you send me your image at [email protected] so I can check if it works for me, just in case? Thanks!

I didn’t see any errors on the status page.. What I did to get around it was just Output to HTML – This work more than enough for us.
