Thanks for your comments here. I will tell you that WPML is not fully supported–we are in the process of being certified by them (we submitted in October and are awaiting comment from their development team which is painfully slow). As for the other issues, we are investigating them but would appreciate responses from you on your support threads.
Your two support threads don’t mention any duplicate listing issue–can you please clarify what you see and where?
In general, it would probably be more helpful to post support threads and wait for responses before posting the review. The issues you’ve raised will be addressed shortly, but giving us time to respond to them before rating seems like a more fair approach, wouldn’t you agree?
