no date for posts

  • I was just wondering if it is possible to submit posts without having the date appear each time? Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.

    It appears once a day by default.
    It can be made to appear on every post.
    If you remove the right tag, it will never appear.

    Not sure about any conditionals, but then someone who knows may be along soon ….

    Use of the_time() rather than the_date() in your template will allow the date to appear every time, no matter what. By design the_date() keeps track of the date and only displays when it changes.
