    Hi,
    I’m backupping to a FTP and for an unknown reason the DB is not part of the backup (even if it seems, from what I can read in the log, that is was created!?)
    May you please help?
    Here is a link to the log: https://pastebin.com/HtYUZ0Sm

    Hi,

    What’s leading you to say that the DB isn’t in the backup? It’s in the log file, including the FTP receiver receiving it, and recording the precise size:

    0031.855 (0) FTP: upload attempt: backup_2020-10-30-1734_mGalaxy_109f6ddff509-db.gz -> ftp://[email protected]/wpbackups/sitewp/backup_2020-10-30-1734_mGalaxy_109f6ddff509-db.gz
    0031.867 (0) Ftp chunked upload: 29.6 % uploaded
    0031.880 (0) Ftp chunked upload: 59.3 % uploaded
    0031.893 (0) Ftp chunked upload: 88.9 % uploaded
    0031.898 (0) FTP: upload attempt successful (1739.9KB in 0.04s)

    Perhaps, yes…but I can assure you that the file is no there!

    Hi,

    That being so, you’ll need to talk to whoever administrates your FTP server, to see what it did with the file – since the log records successfully handing it over the FTP server, including the final byte count.
