    Hi, we have implemented your plugin and connected it with our analytics account, and Google Analytics is setup for ecommerce but there is no data being sent to the dashboard. I have looked over the settings and I cannot determine what could be prohibiting this from working. Are you able to assist?

    Hi @insivia ,

    I have had a look at your store and found that the gtag.js is missing from the store (screenshot for reference) moreover there are code snippets from two other plugins to track the eCommerce data.

    To continue using our plugin please remove snippets from two other plugins and then re-install our plugin to capture the enhanced eCommerce tracking data.

    Please let me know if you have any further queries.

    HI, I have read over these Q & A, trying to resolve myself but having the same issue. My clients website is jettexhibits.com

    Things I have completed;
    eCommerce tracking is active
    Plugin details are setup correctly
    Additional plugins that overlap GA details are deactivated.

    Yet i am still not received sales tracking. Any insight would be appreciated!

    Hey @atletasdemarca,

    I have had a look at your store to check the tracking and found that our plugin is capturing all the required data till the checkout page (screenshot for your reference).

    I could not check for the issue at the thankyou page as I couldn’t complete the order due to payment restrictions. I would have asked for some information here to complete the order but I am abide by the rules of this forum.

    Please share the store URL on which you are facing the issue and also please elaborate more on the issue you are facing so that I could communicate about the solution in a better way!!

    Already switched to the native WooCommerce plugin. I think what you are missing is a guide on how to activate the advanced ecommerce tracking in google analytics.

    Hey @meanwood,

    I hope you might have gone through the Installation Instructions present on our plugin’s page on this forum which clearly guides you to how to enable enhanced eCommerce in GA.

    We have also put up a screenshot from GA (in Screenshots section), in which you can easily figure out on which page of GA you have to enable the enhanced eCommerce settings.

    Please let us know what do you mean by “advanced ecommerce tracking in google analytics”? There is no advanced ecommerce feature or term in GA as per our knowledge and there is no communication released by Google about the feature you have mentioned about. We would be happy to hear from you about this.

    We absolutely respect your decision as you have decided to move to another tracking solution. Happy Analyzing!!

    Ahh.. Please mention clearly as one word (advanced) did misguide us. If you have had mentioned clearly and asked for instructions or screenshot I would have helped and pointed out the solution.

    BTW here is a screenshot from our plugin’s page, where you can clearly see how to activate “enhanced eCommerce in GA”.
