    Hey guys,

I′ve always been very happy with the plugin, which is why I′m sad to see that ever since you′ve the update and redesigned it, nothing is working anymore.

In my case, I′ve Re-Authenticated and Verified my site almost two or three times over the course of two weeks, always because the timeline just stopped. As of now, its still frozen at the 22nd February.

I′m obviously able to fetch my stats at Analytics, which is what I′m doing all the time now, but I really want this to work again.

    Can you guys help?

    Best,

    Babba

    Hi there,
We inadvertently introduced a bug with the release last Tuesday that used the PHP function called date instead of the one called time that causes the reporting to not be able to see the latest tracking data (the tracking is working just fine). We have a fix going out for this today that will solve this issue and you’ll be able to see data from before.

An update to resolve this issue has been released.

Please note in the future, we normally only do support for users at monsterinsights.com/lite-support/ so that our whole team (not just those with wp.org access) can do support and also so we can give a faster and better support experience by having tickets for both our Lite and Pro versions in the same place.
