Hi there,

If you have a look in your status report which you can find in WooCommerce > Status there is a section which shows database tables.

Can you have a look there to see if all the database tables needed for the plugin to work have been created? Here is the list you should see:

wp_wc_order_stats
wp_wc_order_product_lookup
wp_wc_order_tax_lookup
wp_wc_order_coupon_lookup
wp_wc_admin_notes
wp_wc_admin_note_actions
wp_wc_customer_lookup
wp_wc_category_lookup

In particular the table wp_wc_order_stats is needed for collect the order data.

Note: The prefix might be slightly different on your site, in that case you would just be matching the rest of the table name.

I have the same error, in my store. And I take a look at the status and all these tables exist.

I have the same problem. The Dashboard is loading for hours and displays no data. Nothing!

WooCommerce-Version: 3.7.1
WordPress-Version: 5.2.4
WooCommerce Admin: Version 0.20.1

Any hints?

Also the information about this Plugin, how to install and maintain are really poor.

Thanks for your reports @timword @marioernestoms @chunghao. We have been unable to reproduce this issue so any other detail you can provide will be helpful.

First of all, I would suggest you to check you have the latest version of the plugin, each new version includes some fixes so maybe the issue has already been fixed. After that, can you go to Analytics > Settings > Import Historical Data uncheck Skip previously imported customers and orders and start a re-import of all data? That will take a while but will be like starting from scratch.

Can you confirm the import finishes successfully? Otherwise, can you check in WooCommerce > Status > Scheduled actions > Pending if there are pending tasks which start with wc-admin_import?

Thanks for your reply. After going back to default configs, delete previous imports and make a new import. Now works and shows all the data.

@timword and @chunghao that had the same problem. Try to Update the plugin to version 0.21.0 remove all previous import and make a new import probably, it’ll work for you guys too.

I have the same problem. Version 0.22.0 of this plugin is installed.

If I go to Analytics > Settings > Import Historical Data and uncheck Skip previously imported customers and orders, I can′t start a re-import of all data. after I press “Start”, nothing passes. The line above says “Status: Nothing To Import”.

If I check in WooCommerce > Status > Scheduled actions > Pending, I can see next:
