Hi there,

After installing the WooCommerce Google Analytics Integration what type of tracking method did you use? Was that the UA- ( Universal Analytics ) or Google Analytics 4 ( Global Site Tag ) integration for the plugin?

Universal Analytics is what is being used as tracking on the site.

Hey @stephenproactive,

The UA- tracking method wouldn’t make a difference with regards to no analytics data displaying and it’s fine to use that tracking method.

Looking at your site today I noticed that the UA- number is being tracked twice on the site. To see this I used a tool called Google Tag Assistant for the Google Chrome web browser, you can read mot about testing analytics in this document below.

Testing for us on my installation below is a screenshot of the settings which I have configured on my site for Google Analytics using the plugin.

With these settings and Enhanced Ecommerce enabled in my analytics account, I can see real-time visitors and any purchase information from customers. Note, it can take up to 24 hours for Google to display any customer purchased within their platform.

I’d suggest temporarily disabling the cache plugin you have activated and explore the warnings related to multiple tracking IDs to see if resolving those help.
