• I installed the lite version of the plugin for a client using WP E-commerce version 3.10.1. Initially it worked great, and the client was very happy with the results. About a week after installation, however, the plugin has stopped displaying data, and the message in the data window just says “Loading”, and never loads or displays data, no matter what date settings are used.

    I sent an email about this to ‘[email protected]’ per the message in several of the support postings, but after a week of not getting a response I am posting here.

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

    Could you please have a check whether ‘WP_DEBUG‘ mode is set to ‘true’ on your site or not? If yes, then request you to kindly set the same to ‘false’ and then have a check with the Smart Reporter functionaity.

    Further, could you please also make sure that you are able to reproduce the same Smart Reporter issue by having only Smart Reporter and WP-eCommerce active on your site.

    If still the issue persists, request you to kindly mail us your wordpress admin login credentials along with a short issue description at ‘[email protected]’ so that we can investigate and resolve the issue asap.

    Thank you for the reply. The site is not currently set to WP_DEBUG=True.

    I will have to disable the rest of the plugins in order to test for the second step. I will let you know the results.
