    Hi,
    among the universal analytics reports (and precisely in Conversion -> Ecommerce -> Shopping Behavior) the session “Session with product views” is not populated.
    In addition, the number of checkout sessions is greater than the number of add-to-cart sessions.
    What can it depend on?

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @beppe7802,

    Thanks for getting in touch. I’ve checked your site and I can see that your Google Analytics snippet on your product pages is not placed via Site Kit.

    I’ve also checked your non product pages and the same applies.

    If switching to a Site Kit placed snippet, note that full e-commerce tracking isn’t something that is configurable directly within the plugin at this time. We do, however, have a guide on the plugin website in relation to setting up event tracking with a Site Kit placed snippet, and we also have an open GitHub issue for further e-commerce support.

    With regards the checkout sessions differing from your add-to-cart sessions this is also not something we support here in the Site Kit plugin forums, with the question better answered by the product experts over on the Analytics Help Center.

    Sorry we can’t be of more assistance with this. Do please go ahead and reach out to the Analytics Help Center, and if you have any Site Kit queries you know where to find us!

    Thanks for the quick reply.
    In the code of the page we see that the Tag Manager is inserted through your plugin. (we insert code below)
    Settings in Analytics are configured for Enhanced Ecommerce.
    We understand the difference between your plugin function and Google Analytics properties but we are connecting our website and analytics through your plugin.

    <!-- Fragmento de código de Google Tag Manager a?adido por Site Kit -->
    <script>
    			( function( w, d, s, l, i ) {
    				w[l] = w[l] || [];
    				w[l].push( {'gtm.start': new Date().getTime(), event: 'gtm.js'} );
    				var f = d.getElementsByTagName( s )[0],
    					j = d.createElement( s ), dl = l != 'dataLayer' ? '&l=' + l : '';
    				j.async = true;
    				j.src = 'https://www.googletagmanager.com/gtm.js?id=' + i + dl;
    				f.parentNode.insertBefore( j, f );
    			} )( window, document, 'script', 'dataLayer', 'GTM-*******' );

    </script>

    Thanks for the update @beppe7802.

    While you’ve added your Google Analytics snippet via Tag Manager, which was added via Site Kit, we can only provide support for Site Kit queries.

    If you’re finding discrepancies within the Analytics dashboard, this isn’t something that falls within the scope of Site Kit support. Even if using a Site Kit placed Google Analytics snippet, any e-commerce metrics you notice within Analytics platform would have to be queried with the Analytics Help Center. Site Kit doesn’t include any such data within the plugins wp-admin dashboard. All the information shown within this dashboard is pulled from a users Google Analytics account.

    Sorry we can’t be of more assistance on this.

    You may also wish to subscribe to the below GitHub issue, or even chime in with your own preferences. This is in relation to further enhancement for eCommerce users within Site Kit:
