No data, Root ID required error message

  • Cannot fix this problem, and neither can the Bluehost WP Experts. They say it is a problem w/the plug-in and the developer is not responding to my repeated emails. Can anyone else hep??

    I reported this same issue in a direct email. You have to be logged into WordPress admin to be able to view the tree. If you aren’t then you get the No data, root ID required error. I sent you login credentials and have not heard back. Are you still supporting this plugin?
