No data received at /wp-admin from clean install

  • I’m running a 100% fresh install of WordPress downloaded today. It all installs fine but I cannot then access the WordPress backend. I just get a “No data received” error in Chrome (and other errors in other browsers, but basically it’s Error 324).

    I am 99% sure that this is a server configuration issue, but there is nothing which is written to the error log to illuminate me on the issue.

    Try as I might I’ve not found a working from searching.

    Update. I am now 100% sure that this is a server configuration issue because another wp install on the same box which was working, is no longer working.

    I’m not aware of anything which has been changed though – if anyone has any ideas what this might be I’d be very grateful for suggestions.
