No data received after 1.3.1 update

I just used the in Admin updater to update the Facebook plugin and now I’m getting a “No data received – Unable to load the webpage because the server sent no data” error.
I cannot access my admin to deactivate my plugin and have tried removing the plugin from the directory with no success.
Can you help me out please?
