    I am unable to login to my dashboard when logging in via wp-admin. I get the “No Data Received” error. In one of my sites, I have the option to login via www.remarpro.com and I’m able to successfully work on it with no problems. How do I resolve the “No Data Received” issue? My other site has no option to login to WordPress.com.

    My apologies, I meant I have the option to login on WordPress.com and manage the site with no problem. When I try to login via wp-admin, I get “No Data Received”. The link to the site is https://thecityroamer.com.

    Have you contacted your host? This error indicates a data transfer issue that is sometimes difficult to correct as it may not always be caused on your end. This I would do first.

    One issue could also be a caching plugin. Are you using pone, such as SuperCache? You can deactivate it by either logging into your hosting account, then cPanel > File Manager > wp-contents > plugins and put “TEMP” behind the caching plugin’s folder name (right-click on folder, choose rename).
