  • -21 means not enough data to generate a report. Check the error codes page for more details.

    I have this same problem but no -21 errors. Everything is just blank.

    There are some improvements in 4.8.1.3 regarding this issue, you should:

    1. Update to latest version
    2. Clear the authorization and authorize again.
    3. Clear cache

    check if there are any changes on the problematic reports.

    If the issue remains, open a new support topic.
