No data in widgets are shown

I can’t see this: “Mais Visitados” on the first link and see a blank widget in the second page as you pointed.

Do you see the posts tracking i.e counts under Top 10 > View Popular Posts in the Admin page?

on the first link the count is after the description of the item “(visitados 10 vezes, 10 visitas hoje)”
that works good.
The post tracking in the “Top 10 > View Popular Posts in the Admin page” does count the visits also. They just do not appear on the homepage in the widget area.
I tried already lots of settings but nothing so far……

Can you post me a screenshot of the widget that you’re using. It’s very strange that it isn’t showing in the widget.

By any chance, do you have a multi-ligual site and are you using a specific plugin for this?

The site is multilanguage. The plugin for multilanguage support is from AIT

Difficult to figure this out from here. Have you tried deleting this widget and putting in a new one with just the basic settings i.e. no changes from your end?

Resetting the Top 10 options in the settings page to default would also help testing.

Clearly things are tracking. My only thing that I can think of is that AIT is causing an issue. Might be worth checking by deactivating AIT temporarily and checking.

it is the multilanguage plugin from AIT which caused the problems. After deactivating it worked.

Just found out that the AIT-Language plugin is just a wrapper of the polylang plugin.
