No Data in submitted form

Do you get any response message after you submit the form?

Hi there, I get the “Thank you.. your message has been sent.” And to clarify, the message gets sent to my email but the fields have no data in them.

What email settings do you have in the Mail tab panel?

To protect personal data, hiding email addresses in the settings or replacing them with dummy addresses is strongly advised. You can also include screenshots.

I am also having this problem. I receive the emails with the data missing. The emails that arrive show me exactly what I have in the Form tab. Same for the auto-responder email.

I do have mail tags. I do not understand why the form submissions are coming through with the mail tags in them. Did you look at our screenshots and form code?

Ok got it! It doesn’t explain why it worked and then stopped working but it works now! @ohmoogirl just make sure your tags in the MAIL view (with numbers) match the tags in the Form tab. Somehow, mine got changed or something happened.
