No data in shopping behaviour and checkout behaviour

    Hello,

    In Google Analytics the purchases are measuring correctly. But the shopping behaviour and checkout behaviour reports are not measuring well.

    In the report shopping behaviour the sessions with product view, sessions with add to card an sessions with check-out are empty. But sessions with transactions are filled with data.

    Under ecommerce settings I’ve created the three funnel steps, but no date is coming through in the checkout behaviour report.

    I hope you can help me.

    Hi,

    Thank you for sharing access!

    Since You have implemented Analytics tracking code (UA script tag) on your store via GTM, you haven’t enabled “Add Universal Analytics Tracking code” for our plugin.

    Which is resulted into “ga is not defined” error on your store (screenshot) & unable to send “Enhanced Ecommerce” data to your GA account.

    Reason:
    We request you to go through the FAQ section of our plugin.

    Solution:

    • You can fire other script/Tags with GTM but not the standard Analytic script, that will be automatically added by our plugin.
    • Enable “Add Universal Analytics Tracking Code” option for our plugin & analyze the data for next couple of days & get back to us if you find any issues.
