Having some success and some frustration while experimenting with WPDA!

All seems to go OK until I create/save a publication and then click the “Test Publicaton” button.

The “pop-up” shows the header/footer as specified in the publication’s setup, but NO DATA, even though the table has dozens of rows.

With or without a “where” clause.

Must be something simple, but what?
    TIA.

    Hi Dave,

Can you add a screenshot which shows all items on your screen? Thanks!

    Best regards,

I’m not sure what I did, but whatever it was, the problem “went away”!
It could have been simply a matter or refreshing/flushing “stuff”.

    Sorry for the alarm!

I’m very impressed with what this plugin can do. Prior to discovery, I had been toying with WPdatatables (which I purchased). It hasn’t been as easy to implement as WPDA.

    Thanks, Peter!

    Hi Dave,

To test a publication you first need to save it. WPDA gets its info from the database. I’ll see if can add some functionality to disable the test button when something in the form is changed.

Good to hear you like the plugin! ??

    Best regards,
    Peter
