No Data Available, Turn On Tracking, Tracking is On but No Data

I’ve checked and my tracking is enabled through the settings on both my pop up and slide in. But on the dashboard, it says No data available, turn on data. So I double checked and I have the data enabled on both. I’ve gotten around 4000 views but my rate says 0%. HELP as I really want this feature to work.
