No data available in table

    Hi
    On the statistics page, I only have a global Pro/Contra chart. I don’t have a per-page statistic there is only “No data available in table” message. (screenshot)

    But on the log page, I can see post id and page title, so why it is not showing that on the statistic page? (screenshot)

    UPDATE

    I use shortcodes to add Helpful, so I don’t have selected any post types in details settings.
    When I add Helpful through post types settings then it is showing per page statistic. (screenshot)
    So it is happening only when I use shortcodes to add Helpful.

    Sorry for the mistake. It should be fixed with version 4.2.19. I have just uploaded the update.

    Helpful keeps everything in its cache, have you ever emptied the cache?

    You can empty the cache under Helpful -> Settings -> System -> Maintenance. Once there, perform the maintenance and the cache should be empty.

    What is the name of the post type that is not shown? Maybe this will help me a bit.

    I cleared the cache in settings and now it’s working.
