no data 404 error with Smugmug

Hello. I am helping a client integrate their Smugmug galleries into their wordpress site. I read through everything and got the Api keys from their Smugmug account and access tokens and entered their smugmug url into user under settings in Photonic plug in and when i go to Gutenberg and add Photonic gallery and then choose smugmug and then it asks what do you want to show and I choose a few albums, etc nothing shows up and I get a return error. What am I doing wrong? Thank you!

ps…i know the instructions said that i dont need an api key but i wasn’t able to do anything without one for some reason…
