No dashboard sub-pages are created after installation

Hi Team.

We have just installed the plug-in. After we applied the settings needed, we cretaed a demo affiliate to get on with trying out the front-facing UI and functions. To our surprise, all links (Commissions, Clicks, Payment, Generate Link, and Settings) were leading to a 404 error.

The obvious thing to do was to look for the pages in our page list. None of them except from the affiliate dashboard page was there. Please also note that the affliliate dashboard link is formatted like [ redundant link removed ] rather than /affiliate-dashboard/ – however the pages were not created at all, even at top level.

FYI, we had previously installed WP Affiliate Manager, that was uninstalled prior to installing YITH WooCommerce Affiliates, and maybe you are using conflicting table names or anything like that, causing the pages not to be generated?

Bottom line is that as it stands, the plug-in is unusable, as even if it actually records visits and sales, affiliates will not be able to review this information, or generate links.
