• I loved the free version and thought it was worth the money to upgrade to pro. I was horribly wrong. The formatting did all sorts of weird things. I emailed support and they responded quickly to say they saw the problem and that their tech team was working on it. That was the last I heard from them. I checked in twice over two weeks and no one responded to me. I asked for a refund and got crickets. I opened a new support ticket demanding a refund. Still haven’t heard anything. That was a month ago.

  • You actually got a response? That would be lovely if they’d respond to me having taken my money and not delivered the the product.

    I never got anything beyond my download and my “we see the problem and are working on it.” I haven’t heard anything since. I also never got my money back.
